Deliveries are within Australia only and is provided by Australia Post (Standard or Express Post) or by an authorized Courier service. Delivery charges are displayed as separate items on your shopping cart page and invoice.
Overseas enquiries need to contact us at service@manchesteronline.com.au
For most orders, please allow 5 - 7 working days for your order. We do our best to get your order delivered on time as promised, however, occasionally circumstances can prevent us from absolutely guaranteeing this 100% of the time.
If an item you have ordered is not available or out of stock at the time, we will contact you and offer a refund on the item or the option to wait for the item.
An item can only be refunded if it is faulty or the incorrect item has been shipped. The faulty or incorrect item must be returned to us prior to any credits being given.
